Prepare for a successful career as an administrative assistant, customer service representative, office manager, receptionist, and more. This program provides detailed information on customer service skills, de-escalation techniques, organizational and technological tools as well as the basics of accounting, purchasing, and office machine operations. The program also offers a special focus on workplace readiness skills combined with the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE).
Complete the Administrative Professional Training certificate program in 2 months, and enter the job market with new skills perfectly suited for entry-level administrative roles in a variety of settings including medical offices, law firms, banks, social and human services agencies, and more.
